If for any reason, you wish to return a product, the first step you need to follow, before taking any other action, is to contact the customer support team in order to give all the necessary details, via the e-mail address below.
We accept returns within 14 days after the receipt of your order and we also provide a full refund if, and only if, there is no damage and there was no installation or use of the product. A full refund will be issued within 14 days after the date we receive the parcel.
(Please keep in mind that during bank or national holidays in your country, deliveries might not take place. In such cases, please expect your order and/or the refund to take place on the next available business day.)
You should note that the customer has to cover the shipping charges back to us.
We will take full responsibility only in the rare case that a wrong product has been sent to you or the item was in any way damaged / faulty. In any case, the item has to be sent back to us (even if it’s faulty) so as for the refund to take place.
All returns must be made by courier companies and delivered to our headquarters (you can find the address at the end of this page).
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Again, let us kindly remind you that the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility, apart from the rare case that a wrong product has been sent to you, but in any case the product has to be returned (even if it’s faulty) so as for the refund to take place.
A duty is charged when an order crosses country borders. In this case, the exact same policy as the one for the shipping costs applies, meaning that the person that covers the shipping charges has to cover the extra costs as well. (Please keep in mind that custom fees may affect delivery time.)
All in all:
– Our company will accept the return within 14 days after the receipt of the product and will provide a full refund only if there is no damage or installation of the product.
– The costs of returning the item back to us are your responsibility, apart from the case that the item is in any way faulty or a wrong product has been sent to you by mistake.
– Regardless of who covers the shipping charges the product has always to be sent back to us for the refund to take place.
