Before Returning a Product

If you’d like to return an item for any reason, please contact our customer support team first before taking any action. We’ll guide you through the process and provide all necessary return instructions.

Return Terms

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Refund Eligibility: A full refund will be issued only if the product:
    • Has not been used or installed
    • Is undamaged and in its original condition
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

Please note: National or bank holidays may delay processing. In such cases, refunds will be issued on the next available business day.


Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are typically covered by the customer.
  • Rare Exceptions: In the rare case of a defective item or if the wrong product was sent, we will cover return shipping costs.
  • In all cases, the item must be returned to us before any refund is issued.

Return Shipping Instructions

  • All returns must be shipped via a courier service and delivered to our headquarters (see address at the end of this page).
  • The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, so we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for protection.

Customs & Duties

If your return shipment involves customs fees or import duties, they must be covered by the party responsible for the return shipping. This policy applies even in cases of returns from outside the EU.

Please note: Customs procedures may also delay delivery and refund processing.
